All Inclusive Resorts, Cruises, Luxury Hotels and Packaged Tours

• A deposit of $75.00 + tax per household is required to initiate the research, quoting and bookings. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the trip.

Destination Weddings

• Starting with a minimum of 5 rooms or cabins. The Professional Fee is $200.00 + tax per wedding group.

Flights Only Bookings

• Our team has access to public fares as well as wholesale prices to ensure you get the best possible price every time.
• Air only bookings are subject to a $25.00 + tax per ticket fee.
• Air fees will not be charge if it's part of the trip quote only.
• Private jets and charter flights are priced separately.

Custom Itineraries

• Global Escapes charges a per trip consulting, research and planning fee which is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
• The Professional Fee includes consultation, research, planning, quoting, booking of all your trips needs. 
• We have a global supplier network which allows us to exceed your expectations.
• The Professional Fee starts at $150.00 + tax up to a maximum of $600.00 + tax.

Corporate Travel Account

• Full service corporate travel management fee, starting at $3,000 annually.

Travel Insurance

• Global Escapes does not charge any fees for quoting and booking your travel insurance needs.

Cancellation/Change Fees & Errors on Provided Passenger Information

• These fees are in addition to any supplier outlines cancellation or change fees which are outlines in your bookings terms and conditions.
• We charge a $30.00 + tax per person fee for any cancellation or change requests.

Declined Credits Card or Payments

• We charge a $25.00 + tax fee for each occurrence of a declined credit card or payment.
